Tea Time

It's been a very long time since I've drawn anything specifically for children. The Illustration Friday theme of the week "Tea" seemed like the perfect opportunity to try my hand at it again.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

this is something i have never understood...the monster, it tends to be a childs best friend and worst enemy, but i guess it prepairs them for adult life...i like chicks but i cannot stand them, haha
anyway, this is pretty good, i have never been able to draw "cute" which you certainly have accomplished, nice job

This is amazing! I am so jelous! I looked at all the other stuff, and I have to say that your work is by far the best that I have seen. It's really nice to see the image of betle man before and after color too. The pictures are all so ALIVE and action packed!
As for the childrens illustration for tea, it is BEAUTIFUL!

Gorgeous work. You've NO problem drawing for kids! I love the juxtaposition of the little tiny tea cup in theh monster's hand and the big teapot in the little tiny girl's hand.

No snide remarks from me...I think this is super-duper! I love how that big old purple monster is laughing along with the rest of the crew. there's such a feeling of pure delight in all their faces! Your technique is really great - detailed but quirky with a wonderful sense of color.

LOL, such good, creative stuff,, a contrast between the small and the mighty, but they are as happy as can be together, so sharp.

Shades of Alice in Wonderland and Monsters Inc. I love it. Three girls ought to be inspiration for childrens art. Keep it coming.
